WHO WE ARE
      Moment Ministries was founded by Art Morgan, Paul Pritchard, and friends in 1979. Our intent is to provide ministries of the moment for people disconnected from organized religion. We are ordained ministers with over 25 years experience in traditional ministry before starting Moment Ministries.

      Moment Ministries does not own property, raise money, have paid leadership, solicit members, have faith requirements. It's primary functions are ministries of availability for people outside church, publication of a semi-weekly newsletter (except during the summer), gathering for "Thursday Night 'Church' during the academic year.
Moment Ministries has sponsored a semi-traditional Christmas Eve Service at the Old World Deli and an Easter Service at Inavale Farms.
     Not wanting to seem competitive with traditional churches we have been a "never on Sunday" group. Most people on our list are church "graduates," or people interested in religious ideas who prefer not to become involved in a religious system. Our contacts are often independent thinkers, heretics, agnostics, searchers, and followers of diverse spiritual journeys.
