3. We lift our love and hopes for you,___________and _____________,
praying that the promises you have spoken
to one another will be kept,
and that your dreams will all come true as
you grow old together. We
wish you happiness, joy, faithfulness, togetherness,
tenderness,
contentment. Now we greet you as husband and
wife. |
4. We lift our hopes and prayers for _________and ___________,
who
have pledged themselves to one another, to
give life, to share life, and
to receive life. May the hopes and dreams
of this day, and the words
and prayers spoken and unspoken, be fulfilled.
This is the prayer for
them in the spirit of the one who has declared
the gives of grace, mercy
and peace. Amen. |
5. We who surround you bless you, as life and love have blessed
your
coming together. We pray for you a long life
of sunrises and sunsets
together. May the words of your promises,
the dreams of your hearts,
and the deep and abiding hopes of your lives
find fulfillment today and
